Frankfort Man Charged Following Harassment Investigation

A Frankfort man has been arrested by New Hartford Police following a sexual harassment investigation.

Police say 22-year old Kevin Caraher allegedly forcibly subjected a female co-worker to unwanted sexual contact at their place of employment.

Caraher is charged with felony sexual abuse.

Following arraignment, Caraher was remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of bail.  He is scheduled to return to the Town of New Hartford Court at a later date.
