Fugitive Apprehended In Utica Thanks To Eyewitness

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A fugitive was taken into police custody early this morning, after being identified by a witness in Utica.  Stephen Dineen was taken into custody on the 1600 block of Genesee Street early this morning. According to Utica police, the 28-year-old suspect was wanted by authorities for violation of probation. Officials say Dineen has a history of domestic violence toward women. His criminal background also includes arrests and convictions for larceny and burglary.
