Funding For Nexus Center Included In Proposed State Budget

Governor Andrew Cuomo's 2019 budget proposal includes $22 million funding for the Nexus Center in Utica.

The Nexus Center, an indoor athletic facility to be built next to the Adirondack Bank Center, will feature soccer and lacrosse fields.

The Nexus Center was proposed by Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente in his 2017 State of the County Address as part of the "U District."
