Albany, NY (WIBX) - Governor Andrew Cuomo still hasn't taken a position on the push to raise New York's minimum wage.

On Monday, the governor said there are still many questions that need to be answered regarding how many people would qualify for such an increase and whether its y feasible to institute such a raise in the current economic climate.

Democratic Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver has been pushing the plan.

Senate Republican Majority Leader Dean Skelos has said he is against the proposal, calling it a "job killer."
