Graffiti Busters Touch Up Mural At Quinn Park In Utica
A group of volunteers from the United Way of the Valley and Greater Utica Area spent Friday morning touching up a mural at Quinn Park in East Utica.
United Way Executive Director Brenda Episcopo says someone spray painted graffiti on the dinosaur mural, which was painted last year as part of "Graffiti Busters."
She says they've done "Graffiti Busters" over the last three years and 90 percent of the sites have stayed clean.
Episcopo says there's a large family event coming up the park and they wanted to make sure the mural was cleaned up and looked nice again.
Family Fun Day will take place at Quinn Park on July 26th.
