Hanna Issues Statement On Supreme Court Marriage Equality Ruling

Congressman Richard Hanna says he's gratified that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of marriage equality.

He says a challenge for free societies has always been how to extend and express tolerance and personal freedom to those with whom we do not agree.

Hanna also says while it is often difficult, democracy -- and how it is defined -- is not simply what we demand for ourselves but how and what we defend for others.
