HCCC Receives High Success Ranking From CNNMoney

Herkimer, NY (WIBX) -Herkimer County Community College is ranked among the top 100 community colleges in the nation when it comes to success rates.

That's according to a CNNMoney article written by Kim Clark entitled "Community College: How to Avoid Dropout Factories."

The report was based on federally-reported graduation and transfer rates.

About two-thirds of Herkimer grads continue their educations at four-year colleges and universities.

HCCC is tied with Genesee Community College for the top-ranked community college in New York State.
