Heroin Arrest At Oneida County Office Building

A Utica man was arrested after allegedly locking himself inside a handicap bathroom and using heroin at the Oneida County Office Building.

When deputies entered the bathroom, they found 31-year old Bradford Shargani injecting heroin.

Authorities say Shargani was able to flush a quantity of heroin down the toliet, but he was in possession of a syringe containing the drug.

Shargani is facing charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance.
