Utica, NY (WIBX) - Hoops and Dreams, a popular Basketball Tournament, is gearing up to mark its tenth season this coming Saturday, February 25th, at Utica's Parkway Recreation Center. Organizers remind us that the program also serves as an alternative from violence and drugs for inner-city youths. In addition to Stop The Violence initiative, Johnson also launched another program in 2005 called, New Life Institute.
