Ilion Police Arrest Minor For Alleged Sexual Abuse Of Child

Ilion, NY (WIBX) - Ilion police are reporting the arrest of a 17-year-old male suspect who allegedly sexually abused a child under the age of eleven.

The arrest stems from a complaint about the suspects' alleged sexual crime. Officials say the 17-year-old, whose name is not being released because he's a minor, was arraigned in the Town of German Flats Court today and taken to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility where his bail is set at 25-thousand dollar cash or 50-thousand dollar bond.
