Free Family Event in Central New York Features Fire Trucks, Food Trucks and More

If you're looking for a free family event this week, one of the area's favorite summer traditions is back.

The New Hartford Fire Department Fire Truck Spectacular returns to Sangertown Square this Thursday, July 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will take place rain or shine and it's packed with activities the whole family can enjoy.

What To Expect at the Fire Truck Spectacular? 

Kids (and adults!) will have the chance to get an up-close look at a variety of emergency vehicles, meet local firefighters, and learn more about the people who help keep our community safe. There will also be face painting for the kids, making it an even more fun evening for families.

Come hungry because some of Central New York's favorite food trucks will be serving up everything from tacos and barbecue to lemonade, candy and sweet treats.
