Today we will talk with Village of Ilion Mayor, Terry Leonard, about the water main break issue. Also, we will talk to Senator James Seward about his vote for Skelos' replacement and Anthony Brindisi will speak with us about medical marijuana production here in Utica.
- Bill has already got into a debate with someone this morning over the Utica Comets, The Comets get a huge road win, and Dean Skeols has officially stepped down and Rep. Senator John Flanagan of Long Island was narrowly voted in as his replacement. We'll talk with Senator James Seward later this morning.
- Wayne calls up to talk about the water issue that still exists in Ilion, NY. We also discuss Tom Brady and his 4-game suspension.
- Darren Archibald did not make the trip to Oklahoma due to what appears to be a leg injury. Andrew spotted him last night and he was in crutches and a leg brace of some kind. We also talk to Ray Stagich about our weather channel forecast.
- There is a new book out that questions the details of events surrounding the killing of Osama Bin Laden. One of the claims is that there was no respectful burial at sea of Bin Laden's body. We cover a few other stories including the condition of Rob Ford.

- The Village of Ilion Mayor Terry Leonard joins us this morning to talk about the status of the water in Ilion. He comments on the seriousness of the water main break and what led to the boil water order.
- We are joined on the line by Senator James Seward and we talk to him about Senator Dean Skelos, his stepping down as the majority leader, Seward's vote for his replacement, and we discuss the SAFE Act with him.
- We talk more about the Seward interview and his vote. We take some calls on the issue as well. Was the best interest of his constituents in play when making the decision to vote for him.
- Anthony Brindisi joins us to talk about a number of topics including medical marijuana manufacturing in Utica, but first we discuss his thoughts on Skelos/Flanagan Senate situation.
- We talk with Senator Joe Griffo about the decision made on the replacement of Dean Skelos, who he voted for, and what he thinks the future will hold.
- We play our Hat Trick contest to give someone the opportunity to win Utica Comets playoffs tickets. Rick did not win today, so those tickets are still up for grabs.
