Local Contractor Charged With Grand Larceny

A Vienna man has been arrested for allegedly failing to complete a construction project on property located on Rome-New London Road in Rome.

49-year old Michael West is charged with grand larceny.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says West was paid a total of $70,000 for the work he was supposed to complete.

The Sheriff's Office say West's construction company operated under the name Exodus Group.
