Lowville Teen Arrested On Multiple Felony Charges

A 17 year old is back in custody after escaping from the State Police station in Lowville over the weekend.

State Police say Isiaha Boaz, 17, was arrested Saturday night for an incident that had happened with a 15 year old girl.

While at the station, police say Boaz broke a window screen and escaped out the open window.

Boaz was caught about 5 hours later and sent to the Lewis County jail on charges of 3rd degree rape, 2nd degree escape, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
