Man Accused Of Choking, Dragging Girlfriend By Hair

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing domestic abuse charges after police say he attacked his girlfriend during a dispute. According to officials, 37-year-old Arthur Henry is accused of grabbing the victim by her throat and then dragging her by the hair into another room, before he was stopped by another male. Henry, of Churchill Avenue, is charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
