Man Accused Of Unwanted Physical Contact During Argument

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was arrested and taken to jail following a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. Officials charged 24-year-old Lovenson McRae with Harassment and Criminal Mischief after the victim accused him of unwanted physical contact and breaking her cell phone. Officials say the suspect will face the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
