Man Allegedly Threatens To “Slice” Ex-Wife During Dispute

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police arrested a man for allegedly threatening his ex-wife with a kitchen knife. The victim told police that the suspect pointed and then swung the knife at her while cursing and yelling that he was going to slice her. According to the report the suspect threatened the victim by yelling, "I am going to [Expletive] slice you [Expletive]!"

49-year-old Franklin Ynoa is facing Felony Criminal Contempt and Second Degree Menacing for the incident. Officials say Ynoa had an active order of protection against him when he went to the victims residence on West Street in Utica, and threatened her in the driveway of the home.
