Man Arrested After Altercation At St. Elizabeth’s Hospital

A Utica man was arrested Sunday after an altercation at St. Elizabeth's hospital.

Utica Police say 19 year old Justin Stevens was allegedly causing a disturbance and refused to leave the emergency room, before pushing a staff member.

Stevens resisted being taken into custody by UPD officers, but was eventually arrested and charged with Harassment, Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
