Man Arrested Following Alleged Threat With Knife

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police arrested a man after he threatened to attack another person with a knife. Officials say the incident occurred during an early morning argument between two men on Catherine Street. The suspect, 21-year-old Jovan Mullenax was taken into custody at the scene and is charged with Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Harassment.
