Man Arrested Following “No Knock” Search Warrant At Utica Home

A Utica man was on the wrong of a no knock search warrant executed by State Police and the Utica Police Department.

During a search at the Hawthorne Avenue home of Devon Wilkins, 36, investigators discovered more than an ounce of crack cocaine and money.

Wilkins is charged with one felony count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Other charges are pending.
