Man Charged After Rollover Accident

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges following an early morning rollover accident on the Thruway exit ramp leading to North Genesee Street.

Utica Police say 29-year old Elexis Frank lost control of his vehicle behind the Red Roof  Inn after hitting a snowbank, causing the vehicle to overturn.

Officers found the unoccupied vehicle and located Frank nearby.

Frank was charged with DWI, refusing to submit to a chemical test and speeding.
