Man Charged In Hammer Attack

Utica, NY (WIBX) -  A city man spent Christmas Day in jail after allegedly hitting another man in the forehead with a hammer.Edward Grimes Senior, 59, faces felony charges of assault and criminal possession or a weapon.

The incident happened on the 1100 block of Stark Street.
