Man Charged In Larceny At Toys R Us

Utica man has been arrested following an investigation into a larceny at Toys R Us on Commercial Drive.

New Hartford Police say 35-year old David Flanders is accused of entering the store over several weeks, selecting merchandise, failing to buy the merchandise and immediately returning it for store gift cards.

Flanders is charged with five counts of petit larceny and four counts of falsifying business records.
