Moe’s Raises $3,600 For Rome Free Academy

The new Moe's Southwest Grill in Rome held a pre-opening VIP charity event earlier this week.

Moe's raised $3,600 for the 10th grade class Rome Free Academy.

All 400 students in the 10th grade were able to get a signed copy of the book "The Freedom Writers Diary."

The author of the best selling book, Erin Gruwell, visited the students earlier this month.

The book was assigned to the class as part ot their curriculum.
