Members of the Mohawk Valley Rotary Club are now trained in Hands-only CPR thanks to a partnership with Bassett Healthcare Network and the American Heart Association.

In just a few minutes, instructor Sarah Stevens showed the group how to perform hands-only CPR, which is done by locking the hands and depressing the victim's chest to the beat of the Bee Gee's 'Stayin Alive.'

The American Heart Association says the method is at least effective as traditional CPR and does not require mouth-to-mouth breathing.
