MVHS And The Community Create A Human Pink Ribbon

Mohawk Valley Health System, community members and cancer survivors participated in creating a human pink ribbon on Friday to help promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

A brief ceremony to honor breast cancer survivors took place and an aerial photo of the human ribbon was taken at Murnane Field in Utica, across from the Faxton Campus.

The event was sponsored by the Mohawk Valley Health System Cancer Center, the American Cancer Society and Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri.
