Earlier this week I created a blog of my most memorable Derek Jeter moments. Considering the Yankees were knocked out of playoff contention this week as well, I never thought I would have had to add another unforgettable Jeter moment to this list.

Boy, was I wrong.

Jeter's final farewell with the Yankee fans of course would be great. Some standing ovation, or tip of the cap, or nice play or maybe a homer. But, The Captain had a made-for-Hollywood ending in Bronx on Thursday night - a walk-off single to the win the game.

For the list of of my most memorable Jeter moments, before the Yankees Stadium Finale, check out the videos below. If you'd like to relive Jeter's final at-bat in the Bronx, click the link below.

Here are some those that I will never forget. Scroll down the bottom of the page to vote Jeter's greatest moment.

In case you're wondering where the 1996 ALCS Jeffrey Maier play is, here's my take: Jeter has made enough legitimate great and clutch plays without having to include the one that shouldn't have been on this list.
