National Day Of Prayer

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Two prayer breakfasts and a luncheon are scheduled to take place locally as part of this year's National Day of Prayer. Starting May 5th, at 7:30 in the morning, breakfast will be served at Hart's Hill Inn in Whitesboro and at Lake Delta Conference Center in Rome.

Starting at noon, a Prayer Luncheon will be served at First Baptist Church in Ilion. National Day of Prayer takes place each year on the first Thursday in May and is meant to encourage "personal repentance and righteousness."
