New Charge Filed In Dudley Avenue Shooting

The man arrested earlier this week in connection with a shooting on Dudley Avenue in Utica is facing a new charge.

35-year old Rasheen McWilliams of Utica was originally charged with criminal possession and use a firearm.

Utica Police say following interviews with the victim and witnesses, McWillaims was charged with assault.
