New Hartford Man Facing Marijuana Charges

An investigation by the Oneida County Drug Enforcement Task Force into the growing and possession of marijuana has led to the arrest of a New Hartford man.

62-year old William Buckley is charged with unlawful growing of marijuana and criminal possession of marijuana.

Authorities say they seized several adult marijuana plants and a quantity of dried marijuana.

They also recovered $1,4000 in cash.
