Utica Man Wanted In Georgia Arrested On Weapons Charge
A month-long investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Oneida County Drug Enforcement Task Force has led to the arrest of a Utica man.
36-year old Jesse Patterson was arrested during a traffic stop on Route 5 in front of the Yahnundasis Golf Club in New Hartford.
Patterson was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Authorities say the charge is a result of his alleged illegal possession of a handgun in Georgia in December of last year.
Patterson was arraigned remanded to the Custody of the US Marshals Service without bail.
