New York Post, UPI Twitter Accounts Hacked

The Twitter accounts for the "New York Post" and UPI are the victims of yet another hacking incident.  

The accounts were broken into today, sending out fake claims that China had fired an anti-ship missile at the USS George Washington.

Another UPI tweet with a photo of Pope Francis said "Pope: 'World War three has begun.'"

Tweets on both the "Post" and UPI accounts also made reference to financial moves by the Federal Reserve.

All erroneous tweets on the accounts have since been deleted -- but not before they were retweeted hundreds of times.
