NY Mills Man Charged With Grand Larceny
A New York Mills man has been arrested following an ongoing investigation by the Oneida County District Attorney's Office.
50-year David Comenale is facing charges of grand larceny and forgery.
Officials say the arrest was the result of a investigation that began in January 2015 following a complaint from representatives of Adirondack Bank.
A Yorkville man, who was a bank employee, was arrested on grand larceny and other charges last May following the initial investigation.
