Oneida County Child Advocacy Center Arrests Another Alleged Rapist
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has captured another alleged sex offender.
According to the Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, Joseph Lisi, 30-year-old Andrew Richardson was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a female child under the age of 17.
The alleged abuse took place in the City of Rome. An investigation led to Richardson being charged with Felony Rape in the Third Degree.
An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victim and counseling services have been offered. Rome Police assisted in this arrest.
