The driver and passenger of a vehicle involved in a personal injury motor vehicle accident are being sought by Oneida County deputies.
The Sheriff's Office says the accident happened Monday evening just after 7 p.m. just west of the SUNY Parkway exit. Deputies determined 21-year-old Tasha Floyd was rear ended by an Acura while driving on Route 49 in Marcy.
Both vehicles came to a stop and two females inside the Acura fled on foot. Ffloyd and three of her passengers were transported to St. Elizabeth's for minor injuries.
The two females are described as young females in their early twenties. It is unknown where they are currently or what direction they fled in.
The incident is still under investigation as a "Leaving The Scene of a Personal Injury Motor Vehicle" case.
