Oneida Man Arrested For Grand Larceny
An Oneida man was arrested after allegedly trying to sell a mobile home which he didn't own.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, 30-year old Richard Bouchard, Jr. had been living in the trailer with his girlfriend and placed an ad on Craigslist.
The ad was answered and the victim gave Bouchard a sum of money and was to pay the rest upon delivery
Investigators say when the victim came to pick up the trailer, it was learned Bochard did not own it.
Bouchard was charged with grand larceny.
