Oneida Woman Charged With Welfare Fraud

An Oneida woman has been arrested on welfare fraud charges.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office says from February 2016 to September 2016, 34-year old Erin Cheseboro received $2,100 in public assistance while allegedly failing to report all of her earned income.

Cheseboro is charged with welfare fraud and grand larceny.

She'll answer the charges in Town of Lenox Court at at later date.
