Oriskany Man Arrested For Child Pornography

An Oriskany man has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Oriskany police arrested Gregory Gauthier, 48, for promoting a sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child.

Police say Gauthier was allegedly involved in the uploading of images of child pornography to a remote storage location in April of 2013.

He was sent to the Oneida county jail on $20,000 bail.
