OSHWA Delays Opening Of Household Hazardous Waste Facility

The Oneida Herkimer Solid Waste Authority is postponing the opening of their Household Hazardous Waste Facility, which was scheduled for April 1st.

The postponement is in accordance with state and national guidelines to limit public gatherings and help reduce COVID-19 exposure

The Authority is asking residents to safely store household hazardous waste items until further notice.

An opening date for the facility has not been determined
