STOCKBRIDGE, N.Y. (AP) — Police say two young members of an Amish community drowned after their small raft apparently capsized on a pond in central New York.

Madison County Sheriff Todd Hood tells WSYR television that a 12-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man died after the accident Wednesday evening in Stockbridge, east of Syracuse. Two other people on the raft, ages 10 and 17, survived.

Divers discovered the victims in about seven feet (2 meters) of water. Their names were not immediately released.

UPDATED 1:24 p.m.- The Madison County Sheriff's Office has identified the victims as 12-yera old Feldy Miller and 21-year old Rudy Miller, both from Oneida.
