PENN YAN, N.Y. (AP) — The owner of an upstate New York has been accused of groping two unconscious women.

WHAM-TV reports Bob Champlin faces multiple charges including criminal sexual act in the first-degree, attempted rape in the first-degree and sexual abuse. Champlin has pleaded not guilty.

Penn Yan police opened an investigation after a video showing the alleged assaults was shared on Facebook earlier this week. Investigators say Champlin assaulted an unconscious woman at his bar, Lloyd's Limited Pub, on Christmas Eve. Police say a review of surveillance video showed the woman who recorded the cellphone video was later assaulted by Champlin when she passed out Christmas morning.

Champlin's attorney, Neil Gunther, says he and his client will confront the charges and let the process play out.
