Presbyterian Residential Community Resident To Take Honor Flight

A resident of the Presbyterian Residential Community in New Hartford will be taking a very special trip this weekend.

Veteran Victor Caliguire will be part of an Honor Flight Syracuse visit to Washington, DC.

Honor Flight transports veterans to the nation's capital to visit and reflect at their memorials.

Caliguire, who served in the Air Force from 1952 to 1956, will be accompanied on the trip by other veterans, a team of Honor Flight nurses and his grandson.

The trip marks Honor Flight Syracuse's tenth mission since the non-profit began coordinating the free trips in 2012.
