Some students from Proctor High School in Utica are going on a road trip.

60 students will be boarding buses Wednesday morning for a visit to the SUNY College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering in Albany.

The students will tour the college and learn about the nano technology industry.

The trip is sponsored by the Workforce Investment Board of Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties.

It's funded by a grant from the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation.

WIB plans to take ten busloads of students to CSNE before the project is over.
