Promotions In The Utica Fire Department

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Mayor Rob Palmieri and Chief Russell Brooks are announcing the promotion of two Utica Firefighters.

Shawn Loomis has been promoted to Fire Lieutenant and Gerald Foster to Fire Marshall.

A ceremony was held Friday at City Hall to honor them.
