Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino is naming his running mate.

A formal nomination of Chemung County Sheriff Christopher Moss is expected to come today at the Republican Party convention.

Moss will become the first African-American lieutenant governor candidate ever to be nominated by the GOP.

Astorino, the current Westchester County Executive, will face off against incumbent Governor Andrew Cuomo in November.
