Robbery At New York Mills Post Office

Police are investigating an apparent armed robbery at the post office on Main Street in New York Mills.

It happened just before 3:00 this afternoon, according to the Oneida County 911 call log.

The New York Mills School District was put on lockdown following the robbery.

A number of police agencies are on the scene, including New York Mills Police and State Police.
