State Police Find 1.5 Pounds Of Marijuana During Traffic Stop

Two Utica men are facing charges after a traffic stop on I-87 in the Town of Woodbury.

State Police say the driver of the car, 20-year old Semiz Dzinovic, was allegedly impaired by drugs.

Troopers say a during a search of the vehicle they found a passenger, 22-year old Lemeke Pittman, in possession of over a pound and-half of marijuana.

Pittman was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a felony.  Dzinovic is facing a charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs, along with vehicle and traffic violations.
