Rome Man Hit By Vehicle In Nice N Easy Parking Lot

A Rome man is recovering after being hit by a car in the parking lot of a convenience store.

Walking from the gas pumps into the Nice N Easy on the corner of Burrstone and French Roads, 85-Year old Paul Williams was hit by a car driven by 30-year old Sebastian Dicesare of Utica.

Williams fell and was taken to the hospital complaining of head pain.  New Hartford Police say Dicesare was ticketed for unsafe backing.
