Rome Police Investigate Shots Fired Incident
Rome Police are investigating a “shots fired” incident that happened late Tuesday night on the 300 block of Matthew Street.
Police say the suspect and the victim both fled the scene.
The victim was later located by police in the area.
Officers were able to confirm one shot was fired from a rifle.
No one was injured.
Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call the Rome PD at (315) 339-7712.
