Sauquoit Man Injured In One Car Crash

A Sauquoit man is facing a DWI charge following one-car crash on Champlain Avenue near the entrance to St. Luke's Hospital.

New Hartford Police say 33-year old James Lee lost control of his vehicle, which overturned several times before hitting a tree and a utility pole.

He had to be extricated from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital with head and facial injuries, along with injuries to his back and shoulder.

Lee was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
